Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a junior to mid-level associate for its Patent Litigation Group in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Palo Alto. The firm is considering candidates with either a technical or chemical background. The salary for this role starts at $235k+.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of patent litigation experience within a law firm.
• Engineering degree [electrical engineering, computer science or similar discipline], or a degree in Chemistry.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• California bar admission [or ability to become admitted].
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
