Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented IT Systems Manager to lead our Information Services function. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of IT operations for our organization of approximately 400 employees, ensuring our technology infrastructure enables business success while delivering an exceptional experience to every user.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a passion for service excellence. You will modernize and optimize our systems, lead a high-performing team, and partner with leadership to drive digital transformation, all while maintaining robust security and compliance standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Modern Workplace Enablement :
- Own and optimize the Google Workspace suite to deliver a unified, intuitive digital workspace
- Manage identity, access, and security tools including MFA, conditional access, and role-based policies
- Oversee device provisioning, patching, and compliance across all endpoints
- Ensure laptops, conference rooms, and collaboration tools function seamlessly across all locations
- Partner with HR and Operations to deliver frictionless onboarding and offboarding experiences, from account creation to first-day readiness
- Infrastructure, Cloud & Systems :
- Oversee hybrid infrastructure (on-premises servers and network resources) with a focus on uptime, performance, and scalability
- Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and drive secure cloud adoption where it delivers business value
- Manage vendor relationships and licensing for hardware, software, and cloud services
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, lifecycle tracking, and IT asset management
- Plan for future expansion and ensure infrastructure scales with organizational growth
- Security & Compliance :
- Protect organizational assets through a strong security posture, least-privilege principles, and vigilant monitoring
- Partner with Compliance and QA teams to align systems with data integrity standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate patch management, endpoint protection, and incident response protocols
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity awareness and resilience
- Strategy, Projects & Innovation :
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategy with the organization's digital transformation roadmap
- Evaluate emerging tools and cloud capabilities that simplify workflows, reduce downtime, and enhance quality of life for end users
- Lead cross-functional projects, from system rollouts to process automation, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Manage IT budgets responsibly, balancing innovation with cost efficiency
- Stay current on market trends and leverage technology to optimize business opportunities
- Leadership & Culture of Service :
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Information Services team, fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous learning
- Redefine IT as a strategic service function, ensuring every interaction delivers value, simplicity, and trust
- Establish and track measurable goals for system uptime, service quality, and user satisfaction
- Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, communicating with transparency and empathy
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all IT functions
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)5+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleTechnical Skills :
