Senior Product Management Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management (Growth and Foundation).

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery efforts, market analysis, and competitive research to identify product opportunities and create a long-term product vision

Own the product lifecycle from definition to execution, collaborating with engineering and design to deliver high-impact initiatives

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring alignment with their needs and facilitating growth

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product leadership roles, including 2+ years managing multiple teams

5+ years of experience building developer tools or infrastructure products

Direct experience with CI / CD, feature flagging, and cloud-native architectures

4+ years of experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS company

Proven track record of product decisions that drove revenue growth and improved key metrics
