User Research Strategist

A company is looking for a User Research Strategist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate cross-functional sessions to gather insights

Develop findings and strategic recommendations, mapping workflows and translating research into decision-making frameworks

Design and facilitate workshops to validate findings and prepare key deliverables, including reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

Significant experience in leading UX research and strategic discovery initiatives

Strong portfolio showcasing complex, multi-stakeholder research projects

Demonstrated ability to synthesize ambiguity into clarity and document findings

Experience with public-sector or nonprofit environments is a plus

US Citizen or authorized to work in the US
