Position Overview :

Optigy is recruiting Emergency Medicine physicians to join a high-functioning, freestanding Emergency Department in Glenpool, OK. This site delivers high-quality emergency care to a growing suburban population just 15 minutes south of Tulsa. The center is staffed exclusively by board-certified EM physicians and supported with modern diagnostics and on-site lab access.

ED Volume : 19,000 annual visits

Beds : 13 treatment rooms, including 1 trauma room and 1 psych-safe room

Admission Rate : 14%

Staffing Model : 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage + APP support afternoons / evenings

EMR : Epic

24-hour on-site lab

On-site imaging : X-ray and CT

Board-Certified EM physician-only model

J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available

Compensation :

Base Compensation : $200 / hr (W2) $240 / hr (1099)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $90,000

CME / BEA : $4,000 tax-free annually

New Grad Package : $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
