Saint Francis Veterinary Specialists and Emergency is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community.

About You

Summary- We are seeking an individual with strong emotional competencies; display positive attitudes, authenticity deliver exceptional customer service, and caring empathy toward others. Employee should have experience in customer service leadership, have a strong work ethic, and have a warm personality. Experience in a specialty and / or emergency setting is preferred.

Qualifications : 1. Educational :

• High school diploma
• Fluent in English (Reading, Writing and Oral);
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows platform, and email.
• Experience in team scheduling
