Senior Project Manager - Software Development

VIATechnik is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple, high-impact software development projects from early planning through deployment. You'll work closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and clients to turn ambiguity into execution-and execution into result s.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Over your first year, success in this role means :

• Delivering multiple software projects end-to-end -on time, on scope, and aligned to real business outcomes
• Creating clarity where there is ambiguity , translating goals into executable plans, milestones, and priorities
• Building trust with engineers and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through
• Adapting quickly to change -shifting priorities, evolving requirements, new technologies -without losing momentum
• Owning outcomes , not just managing tasks-stepping into details when needed and leading at a higher level when required
• Improving how delivery works , introducing smarter planning, better visibility, and pragmatic process improvements
• Leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across projects
