A company is looking for a Project Accounting Assistant to join their team remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares invoice packages for approval by Project Managers and maintains project invoice / billing files
Reviews subconsultant invoices for accuracy and compliance, and provides WIP Reports to the Accountant
Drafts contract documents and provides additional support to Corporate Finance and Project Accounting Group as required
Required Qualifications
Two-year college degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2+ years of related professional experience in project cost accounting
Experience in the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry is highly desired
Knowledge of Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint software is a plus
Proficient Excel skills are required
Strong commitment to ethical practices and collaboration in a diverse team environment
