A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant responsible for assisting clients with their benefits administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of new benefit plan designs
Support the benefits team and ensure data integrity in benefits information systems
Perform benefits analysis and manage client inquiries for effective service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree
Life & Health Producer License is required
3+ years of experience in Benefits Services
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Prism HR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
