A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries and provide support to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inquiries from Spanish-speaking patients, health plans, and healthcare providers via telephone or email
Route health plan representatives and providers to appropriate internal resources and handle customer questions or issues
Maintain a high quality assurance score and ensure timely email responses
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with typing speed of at least 45 wpm
Prior experience in a call center preferred
Healthcare or durable medical equipment experience preferred
