This is a non-exempt, full-time position. The Forklift Operator / Order Picker maintains production flow to and from the production line and coordinates inbound and outbound loads to meet production needs and customer orders during shipping season. The forklift driver will be required to work the production lines during offseason which includes but is not limited to, Light Assembly, Pick Pack, Pack out, Tray building and Pallet build. This position pays $17-$20 per hour depending upon experience.

Responsibilities :

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and safely stack them to assigned places
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Daily safety and maintenance check of vehicle, report any concerns
• Keep updated accurate records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Follow all safety requirements and standards per guidelines
• Support production lines as needed as a line associate, includes : Light Assembly, Pick Pack, Pallet Build, Pack Out, Tray Building and any area deemed necessary to meet business needs.
