Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot integration issues and provide on-call support, ensuring effective system operation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Electronic Remittance certification is required

Experience as an Epic analyst with Resolute PB Claims build is required

Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience

Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot technologies

Proven critical thinking skills and follow-through are essential
