The role involves working with patients in a specialized cardiac environment. The shift is from 07 : 00 to 19 : 00. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36. Float requirements may involve moving to other locations as needed. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities. Clear and concise communication skills are essential. The ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment is required. Dress code requires scrubs in any color, but prohibits unacceptable attire. The unit primarily deals with patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Candidates should be prepared to handle a 1 : 1 patient ratio. Familiarity with equipment such as Phillips or Siemens is preferred. Experience with Cerner electronic medical records is a plus.
