Quotations Specialist

We are searching for a quotations specialist to add to our growing team! Quotations specialists work under the direction of the Profit Center Manager to help our sales teams quote new commercial, industrial, and large multi-family residential electrical construction projects. This position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills and attention to detail. As a quotations specialist you will communicate with vendors, customers, co-workers, etc. This is an on-site and full-time position.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Computer skills pertaining to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
• Ability to write and speak in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Organizational abilities are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work and communicate in a team atmosphere.
• Must be a self starter.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Read electrical construction drawings/diagrams.
• Perform take-offs for materials to be quoted.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Create an accurate bill of materials.
• Work closely with sales team and management to strategize on project quotes.

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $25 to $26 hourly.
