Description

A technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support internal collaboration and productivity platforms. This role partners closely with platform and tooling teams to plan, track, and deliver initiatives across widely used enterprise tools.

You will serve as the connective tissue between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring visibility, execution discipline, and successful delivery of high-impact internal programs.

What You’ll Tackle

  • Coordinate delivery of collaboration and productivity tooling initiatives
  • Drive work planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management
  • Provide clear status updates, risk reporting, and timeline visibility
  • Support regulatory and compliance-related projects involving customer and financial data
  • Manage requirements documentation and prioritization
  • Lead operational reviews and program updates
  • Apply Agile or process improvement practices to improve workflows

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager supporting internal platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Strong understanding of collaboration tools, infrastructure, SRE, IT Operations, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile or Lean environments
  • Product management or engineering background
  • Program or project management certification
