The Role

The Senior Analyst of Sales Tools & Analytics will be responsible for the secure configuration, administration, and integration of Presidio's Salesforce environment. This role ensures that Salesforce remains a trusted, compliant, and high-performing system by managing user access, sandbox environments, and data integrations in coordination with the IT Security and Infrastructure teams.

This position is ideal for a technically savvy analyst who thrives in a security-conscious, integration-heavy enterprise environment .

Responsibilities include :

Security & Compliance

• Enforce Salesforce Security Health Check and partner with Security to close remediation gaps.
• Implement and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) , SSO / SAML , and IP restrictions.
• Conduct regular access audits, login history reviews, and field-level permission validations.
• Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) on data privacy (GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA) standards.
• Maintain and report on audit logs and Shield event monitoring (if applicable).
