A Specialty Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a Contract to Hire opportunity based in Aurora, IL. This role offers a dynamic work environment focusing on patient and physician communication to ensure seamless medication management and delivery coordination.
Responsibilities include providing phone support by communicating with patients and physician office staff to address concerns, coordinate medication deliveries, collect co-payments, answer inquiries, and triage calls efficiently to the appropriate departments. Excellence in first call resolution customer service practices is expected to handle inbound calls effectively.
