Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 special education teaching opportunity is available in Chester, SC for the 2025-2026 contract school year. This full-time role focuses on multi-category self-contained classrooms across elementary and high school levels, supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Teach and manage multi-category self-contained classrooms at both elementary and high school levels.
• Oversee an employability program involving a three-class rotation, serving as case manager for approximately 15 students.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school staff to provide individualized support for approximately 8-15 students per classroom.
• Implement special education curricula aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and communicate with families and school personnel to support student development.
