Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with client requirements and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, ISO 9001).
• Supervise and coordinate all quality control activities on-site, including inspections, testing, and audits.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet specified quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve quality issues and prevent rework.
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate third-party inspections as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective / preventive action records.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality-related issues.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
• Interface with the client's quality representatives and participate in progress and quality review meetings.
• Monitor and report on quality KPIs and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project.
