Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across our core engineering service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, a consultative sales mindset, and experience selling engineering services or technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within Automotive, EV / HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, Theme Park, and related sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering leaders
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets
Lead client meetings, capability presentations, and proposal discussions
Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and competitive proposals
Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
Track pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics using CRM tools
Represent InDepth at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineering consulting sales
Strong network within one or more of the following sectors : Automotive, EV / HEV, Aerospace, Bus & Truck, or Theme Park
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Experience
Experience selling CAE, design engineering, validation, or staffing services
Existing relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
Familiarity with long sales cycles and program-based engineering engagements
