A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and maintain the Human Resource Information System.
Key Responsibilities
Execute system administration functions including dashboard and report management
Provide end-user support and maintain data integrity through routine validation and reconciliation
Identify and implement enhancements to business applications and processes in collaboration with HR and business experts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in HR and technology, including 2+ years with Workday
Strong knowledge of HR functions such as benefits and payroll
Experience in HRIS implementation, testing, and upgrades
Expertise in MS Excel
