Conducts regular pain assessments and implements effective pain management strategies. Performs medical procedures as ordered and documents care in patients’ medical records promptly and thoroughly. Delivers exceptional patient care by responding promptly to requests and anticipating needs. Educates patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Guides patients and families on non-medical wellness strategies, including healthy diets, exercise, and lifestyle changes. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 days of start date. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 30 days of start date. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training must be acquired within 60 months of start date. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification should be obtained within 60 months of start date. (RN) Registered Nurse licensure. Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse will coordinate and deliver outstanding, patient-centered care while meeting departmental standards and compliance with regulations. In collaboration with medical providers and the healthcare team, the RN will provide individualized, compassionate care leveraging established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN will advocate for patients and caregivers, exemplifying a strong commitment to our organization’s mission and values while enhancing the overall patient experience.
