[job_card.job_description]Lead comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments Create evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs tailored to each child's unique needs Build individualized behavior intervention plans focused on skill development and positive behavior support Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical support staff Deliver engaging training sessions on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and ethical best practices Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across all programs Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide holistic care Document clinical progress and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory standards Lead family consultations and team meetings to celebrate progress and refine treatment goals Analyze data to track treatment effectiveness and client outcomes Adapt intervention strategies based on progress and current research Maintain Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification and pursue ongoing professional development Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field Current state licensure (if applicable in Maryland) Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, assessments, and evidence-based interventions Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills 2+ years of hands-on pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience in clinical or school settings Direct experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities Knowledge of insurance authorization processes and clinical documentation standards Previous experience leading and developing clinical teams Annual salary range : $75,000 - $140,000 based on experience Performance-based bonuses 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employer-paid life insurance and disability protection Design your own schedule within our operating hours Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Funding for continuing education and professional certifications No travel required – all services provided at our clinic Select the hours that work best for you Full-time (30-40 hours / week) or part-time (10-29 hours / week) available Predictable scheduling with rare evening or weekend hours Cutting-edge pediatric therapy clinic with the latest tools and resources Collaborative team including multiple therapy disciplines Strong administrative support and clinical mentorship Welcoming, child-friendly environment Children ages 2-18 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges Family-centered care philosophy
