We work with the biggest global brands, and with individual creatives, offering a wide set of solutions that make it easier for them to do what they do best: design beautiful brand experiences.Monotype is looking for a talented Sr. UX Designer to create beautiful websites and digital products, providing users with the best possible experience in terms of efficiency and engagement, while also meeting our core business objectives.**What you’ll be doing** •Define and design functionality, user flows, and interfaces using current and new design language. You will be improving existing features and designing new ones. •Uses data and user testing to understand user needs, problem areas and opportunities. •Create user-centric prototypes and UI designs. •Generate new ideas and prototype solutions and possibilities. •Work with Product managers to plan, prioritize and schedule work for the development team. •Work with stakeholders to help define the product experience strategy. •Supply development teams with clear prototypes to implement. •Create user journeys, flows and wireframes. •Mentor junior designers in the team and help define and improve the functional processes. •Actively participate in user research and testing to identify what works and what needs work. •Able to communicate and present ideas and work in a clear and compelling way**Expected outcomes** •Delivery Timelines: Ensure the timely delivery of optimal workflows while collaborating with the product management team to meet project deadlines. •Measuring Impact: Define UX metrics for each feature, refine product-wide metrics, and drive measurable outcomes aligned with business OKRs. •Stakeholder Management: Engage with global stakeholders to understand key business objectives and propose UX strategies that effectively support those goals.**What we’re looking for:** •10+ years of Web and Product Design experience. Experience working in the creative product space is a plus. •A strong UX/UI design portfolio and/or case studies of your past work. We’d love to see examples of problem identification, solution and outcomes. •Passionate Customer design thinking: we want someone who keeps the big picture in mind and knows that good design is about more than just how it looks. •An understanding of how HTML and CSS works is a big plus. •Strong knowledge of UX design processes, methodology, and best practices. •Conveys design ideas clearly and prototypes concepts quickly •Translates data, user research and usability testing results into optimized designs •Ability to communicate and collaborate, especially with development teams and stakeholders. •Comfortable working with colleagues across the globe. •Confident and clean visual design sense. •Works with Agile development teams •Positive, outcome-oriented attitude •Love for typography is a big plus.•Monotype is expanding globally.
