Bilingual Customer Service Associate

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Jamaican Patois).

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support across various platforms including email, chat, and phone

Assist in both voice and non-voice customer service programs as needed

Participate in required initial training and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English and Jamaican Patois

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the BPO industry

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including average MS Excel skills

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Ability to work with minimal supervision
