  • Provide the full scope of general dental services with a commitment to clinical excellence.
  • Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and clear communication of treatment plans.

  • Participate actively in the doctor-owned group's mission and culture.

    • Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Active state dental license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
  • Excellent communication and patient management skills
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development
