Insurance Collection Representative

A company is looking for an Insurance Collection Representative 2, Remote, Business Office, Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance companies and patients to obtain payment of accounts

Maintain accurate records of collections and communications

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies during the collection process

Required Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required

Minimum of 5 years of previous collection experience

Proficient in managed care terminology and reimbursement

ICD9 and CPT knowledge desirable

AA degree preferred
