About Us

The Cook III is a culinary expert with a passion for leadership and quality and is responsible for supervising food preparation across dining outlets. With strong leadership and culinary skills, this role ensures high-quality food and presentation standards. Problem-solving abilities and initiative are key in resolving issues efficiently in high-pressure environments.  This role also involves working with financial information and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Culinary Expertise : Supervise the preparation of food items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation across all dining outlets.
• Leadership and Supervision :  Lead and assist kitchen staff, utilizing previous supervisory experience to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Problem Solving and Initiative : Anticipate needs, evaluate alternatives and solve problems efficiently in high-pressure situations.
• Communication Skills :   Clearly convey information and ideas and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests.
• Financial Acumen :  Work with financial information and basic arithmetic functions to support kitchen operations.
• Safety and Compliance :  Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
