A company is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to complete internal orders for fulfillment through different vendors and manage customer engagement tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Complete orders through different vendor sites and ensure accurate data entry
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing customer service and support
Perform ongoing account maintenance and manage customer service escalations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a call center / customer service role preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate multiple platforms
Comfort with technology and learning new programs and systems
Must be 18 years of age or older
