Corporate Staff Accountant

Atlanta, GA | Onsite (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH)

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of numbers while having a blast? As a Staff Accountant, you'll be the heartbeat of our Corporate Accountant department, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll collaborate with an amazing team to gather and share vital financial information, all while enjoying the thrill of accounting!

Roles You’ll Play :

  • Whip up journal entries that make our financial records shine!
  • Keep our cash flow sparkling with monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Generate billings for our internal teams and external customers like a pro.
  • Craft monthly balance sheet reconciliations and provide the necessary support for account balances.
  • Ensure we hit all our monthly close deadlines with style!
  • Ensure invoices are entered into our accounts payable system accurately and efficiently.
  • Team up for audits and year-end reporting to keep us compliant and thriving.
  • Stay on top of accounting regulations and best practices, keeping our standards high.
  • Dive into ad hoc analyses, reports, and projects that make a difference!

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience in Corporate, Manufacturing, or Construction accounting, with a solid grasp of GAAP.
  • Big4 Experience / Internship highly desired!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with your teammates.
  • Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills that will impress us all!
  • Superior interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional relationships like a champ.
  • Expert time-management and multitasking abilities—adaptability is key in our fast-paced environment!
  • A keen eye for detail and organizational prowess.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat!
