Design and evolve the platform systems by creating modular foundations and frameworks
Simplify complex workflows by prototyping intuitive solutions based on real-world needs
Champion design excellence and practice while mentoring designers to enhance their craft
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in designing and shipping complex products or platforms
Proven ability to build or evolve scalable design systems across multiple teams
Deep understanding of design thinking and research methodologies
Passion for developing design culture and practices within organizations
Curiosity about AI tools in design and their potential to improve workflows
