Responsibilities

• Proactively generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close new business with confidence and professionalism. Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, community outreach, and agency-provided leads.
• Assess clients needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that offer genuine value and peace of mind.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels supported and informed throughout their insurance journey.
• Collaborate closely with experienced agents to learn proven sales strategies and gain in-depth product knowledge.
• Actively participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities designed to prepare you for a successful career as a licensed Farmers Insurance agent
