Employee Retention Specialist

A company is looking for an ABA Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and conduct regular check-ins to assess engagement

Serve as a resource for employees and collaborate with teams to resolve issues impacting satisfaction

Assist with planning retention initiatives and track engagement data to identify trends

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development, or a related field preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in employee relations, HR support, or engagement / retention programs

Experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings is a plus

Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with HR systems preferred
