• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 28 - 30 productivity points per week
• Home health experience required with HCHB experience preferred
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• 13-week assignment length
• 2 - 3 years physical therapy experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)
• Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24 / 7

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
