    The Company is seeking a Global VP of Sales for its strategic business. The successful candidate will be a dynamic global leader with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. This role is pivotal in driving ambitious growth strategies and requires the assembly and leadership of a high-performing global sales team. The Global VP of Sales will be responsible for end-to-end accountability of the sales process, with a focus on accelerating the growth of the business. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a robust growth strategy, building and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, and leading all aspects of the sales business. The role demands a leader who can maximize team performance, foster a sense of urgency, and maintain a strong focus on results. Candidates for this role should have experience as a senior sales executive, with a background in technology, education, or non-profit sectors. The ideal candidate will have a history of hyper-growth acceleration and a proven track record of success in global sales management. Deep domain expertise in corporate social responsibility and philanthropy is essential, as is the ability to cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry stakeholders. The role requires a leader who is warm, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and build strong, enduring relationships. The Global VP of Sales will also be expected to collaborate with various centers of excellence to ensure strategic alignment and manage financial resources efficiently.
