Nights with 8 and 12 hr shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000.

Unit Overview : Become part of our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit providing exceptional care to patients with :
Post-operative cases from craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resectionsSpinal surgeries, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar proceduresCaring for stroke patients through our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramA significant number of cervical and spinal surgery patients, as well as medical overflow casesThis position offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge neurosurgical techniques as part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) .
Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Engage in proactive patient involvement, maintaining a therapeutic relationship.Assess and respond to significant changes in patient conditions.Implement safety strategies to enhance patient care.Collaborate in discharge planning and educate patients and families on care processes.Foster effective communication and teamwork within the healthcare setting.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.Qualifications :
Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Key Skills :
Strong patient care focus and ability to adapt to changing clinical situations.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.Proficient in electronic medical record systems.Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships.Strong decision-making abilities under pressure.Physical Requirements :
