Vice President of IDD Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in IDD through performance management and continuous improvement

Participate in strategic planning and collaborate on policy and procedure development for the division

Manage the financial close and budgeting process for the IDD division, ensuring accountability from operational leaders

Required Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) sector

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards in the IDD field

Experience in financial management, including budgeting and P&L oversight

Track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives

Ability to manage and supervise senior executives and operational teams
