As we prepare for our next chapter of growth, we’re seeking a bold, visionary Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead the charge. With your leadership, we can break down barriers and build strong, healthy foundations that last a lifetime.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and lead a development strategy that fuels our mission
• Cultivate transformational donor relationships
• Lead a mighty (and passionate!) fundraising team
• Oversee grants, campaigns, communications, and donor engagement
• Serve on our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future
