The ideal candidate will bring a curious mindset, proactive approach, and a critical focus on cost transparency. The candidate needs to be organized, detail oriented, and thrive in problem solving environments.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in material costing/finance or 6+ years in sourcing, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with footwear construction, material manufacturing, and costing is preferred, along with exposure to raw material commodity markets and forecasting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; experience with information management systems for maintaining material/product data.
  • Work Attributes: Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment; team player with a proactive and flexible attitude. Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, with a willingness to travel up to 5%.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As an integral part of the Footwear Material Costing team, you will lead and partner with functional subject matter experts to research industry commodity variables, develop actionable should-cost-models, and translate macro raw material trends into finished material cost expectations. You will be responsible for monitoring global commodity markets, identify value engineering insights, and inform supply chain cost negotiations and planning strategies. You will help establish critical cost management processes and governance through key standardization and financial practices.
