Job Duties and Responsibilities

EchoStar's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a high volume Recruiter to join an elite group of recruiting professionals who focus on delivering a flawless and swift candidate experience. This is a high exposure / high volume role that will give you the opportunity to leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills. This position supports our Direct Sales group and works with a variety of hiring managers and business partners at all levels of the organization, across the entire country.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines by reviewing applications, pre-screening, and scheduling interviews
• Lead sourcing efforts to attract and convert quality applicants into hires
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals through regular strategy and feedback sessions
• Use data and reporting to track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
• Support recruiting projects and communicate HR policies and initiatives to stakeholders
• Provide exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication, prioritization, and timely follow-up

This position has onsite requirements, the candidate needs to be located in the Denver Metro area.

Salary Ranges Compensation : $63,150.00 / Year - $80,000.00 / Year Benefits
