Director Of Nursing

The Director of Nursing (DON) is a clinical manager who assists the Area Director of Clinical Operations (ADCO) and is responsible for the supervision / oversight of all patient care services and clinical personnel in an assigned location / branch of the Long Term Care (LTC) Division. The DON strives to provide the highest quality of patient care and oversight while achieving excellent outcomes in a patient-centered environment. In this role, you will report to the Area Director of Clinical Operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Responsible for hiring, evaluating and terminating clinical personnel
• Monitors equipment for appropriate use and takes steps to keep misuse to a minimum
• Immediately investigates and resolves any accident, incident, lost articles, property loss, drug diversion, abuse / neglect and / or unusual occurrence(s) and initiates reports to the ADCO as necessary

Pay Range : $90,000 - $120,000 / salary with bonus
