Shift Lead Manager

We are looking for vibrant, enthusiastic, bubbly and hard working Shift Lead / manager for day time (8 : 30AM to 3PM) and afternoon time (3PM to 7 : 30 or 8 : 30PM) shifts. Between 1 to 3 years of Management experience required. ResponsibilitiesThe Shift Leader will work in various positions throughout any given week, and will help with the running of shifts when the General Manager is not presentAbide by all NBC policies and proceduresUphold NBC's image and brandMaintain the cleanliness of the bakeryMaintain wait times, service and convenienceLead guest service by example at all timesRepresent Nothing Bundt Cakes in a professional manner at all timesPay special attention to guest satisfactionInterview, hire and evaluate team membersEnforce all NBC policies and provide ongoing feedbackComplete all required reports accurately including but not limited to the schedule, royalty report, sales reports, labor reports, etcMaintain good communication between team members, owners, and the home officeBalance and supervise sales transactions
