The Affordability Strategy and Governance Lead plays a critical role in managing and executing payment integrity strategies that improve outcomes, affordability, and the cost of care across Cigna Healthcare (CHC). This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare dynamics, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Success in this role demands strategic analysis, financial acumen, and experience within healthcare or payer organizations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support development of affordability strategic initiatives aligned with CHC and enterprise goals.
• Create strategic frameworks, business cases, and initiative roadmaps.
• Conduct internal reviews and external market scans to identify trends, gaps, and innovation opportunities.

We anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,400 - 127,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
