Outpatient Focus with Newborn Nursery & Light Inpatient Coverage

We are seeking a highly motivated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to help develop and grow a pediatric practice in Upstate New York , located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains . This position offers the opportunity to help establish a dedicated pediatric office practice while supporting an existing primary care transition.

The pediatrician will play a key role in delivering high-quality pediatric care, supporting the newborn nursery and maternity program , and sharing coverage of a low-volume inpatient general pediatrics service at a Critical Access Hospital. Leadership ability, strong customer service, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach are essential for success in this role.
