Operations Support Representative
Ryan Transportation and Shamrock are looking for an Operations Support Representative. This operations position is responsible for operational management of Ryan Transportation loads including tracking and tracing, internal and external communications, status updates, and other customer service duties to ensure the highest level of customer and carrier satisfaction. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a critical thinker, and problem solver with a high level of attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to inbound calls and emails in all aspects of customer service
- Conduct routine follow-up calls as directed by Carrier Sales and Account Management representatives
- Maintain records through timely and accurate system updates
- Provide timely and efficient updates to Account Managers as new information arises
- Utilize active listening skills to gather necessary details and anticipate potential issues
- Coordinate logistics activity including issue resolution, communication between carrier operations, customer operations, and sales
- Track and trace orders for each load in our system and complete all load-related paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
