Activities Aide / Assistant (CNA Required)

Location : The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Job Summary :

Assist with planning and leading activities for residents to enhance their physical, social, and emotional well-being. Work closely with the Activities Director to execute programs and document participation.

Responsibilities :

Organize and lead group and individual activities (arts, games, outings).

Document activity participation and outcomes.

Supervise resident engagement and maintain a positive, interactive environment.

Assist with special events, volunteer coordination, and care planning.

Requirements :

Active Florida CNA license .

CPR certification .

High school diploma or GED; experience in activities or long-term care is a plus.

Strong communication skills and creativity.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends / holidays.
