Key Responsibilities
Execute onboarding programs and coordinate employee engagement initiatives
Administer HR policies and maintain compliance with employment standards in both countries
Manage employee benefits, payroll processes, and support recruiting coordination
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of People Operations or HR experience
Experience supporting employees in both the US and Canada
Working knowledge of US multi-state employment law and Canadian employment standards
Experience managing HR systems, documentation, and compliance processes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
