Join our team as a Quality Inspector , where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products, fixtures, and tools. This position is a blend of hands-on inspection work and collaboration with engineering teams to maintain and improve product quality standards.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct various quality audits throughout the department, including receiving inspections of incoming components, in-process inspections during production, and final inspections of completed tools prior to customer delivery. Details of each of these assignments are below.
• Support document control by ensuring proper change management, including revisions, dates, and required approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with internal and external quality audits as required, providing detailed feedback and corrective action plans to address quality issues.
• Record, compile, and monitor non-conformances. Communicate quality issues and non-conformities to the quality and manufacturing teams to ensure prompt corrective action.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve overall production efficiency.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment, to ensure accuracy during quality audits.

Education & Skills Requirements :

Work Environment : This position operates in a plant and manufacturing environment. This is a safety sensitive role which works around moving equipment.

Work type & Expected hours of work : Regularly works on-site at local Paslin locations. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.

Physical Demands : The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. May be required to lift / push / pull up to 25lbs.

Travel : This position does not typically include travel requirements.
