POSITION SUMMARY :

The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician is responsible for inspecting and preparing new double-decker buses before delivery to customers. This role ensures each bus meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance, and is ready for service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Live and role model company values and culture at all times
• Conduct comprehensive testing of all bus systems and operational functions
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across electrical and mechanical systems
• Perform and participate in road tests, completing inspection checklists and verifying system performance
• Torque wheels to specification; coordinate alignment and A / C commissioning scheduling and approvals
• Program and calibrate entry and exit door mechanisms
• Collaborate with the Final Finish Supervisor to ensure timely bus delivery to customers
• Download, install, and update software across various onboard systems
