[job_card.job_description]Unit Size 14 beds in ICU and 14 beds in PCCU-Typically patient ratios 2 - 3-Types of patients you see respiratory ventilator patients post surgical cardiac (do not see open heart)-for Tele does the department have EKG or Monitor techs NO do our own (nurses read their own strips)-Does the department use any CNAs LVNs or any additional auxiliary help We use Care Techs (1 on night shift & 2 on day shift) One question I always ask the directors and manager I work with directly : What makes you department a great place to work!
